Atiqua Hashem oversees ChildFund International’s global legal affairs and provides strategic legal advice and counsel to the organization’s board of directors and executive management. She previously served as Associate General Counsel & Special Advisor/Policy at CARE USA. She began her legal practice as an associate attorney at Alston & Bird, LLP where she focused on international mergers & acquisitions and on legislative & public policy. Before becoming a lawyer, Atiqua was an investment banking analyst.
Aaron Lundberg, President and CEO, Praesidium, Inc
Aaron Lundberg oversees all operations and product development at Praesidium, a boutique consultancy specializing in abuse risk mitigation, crisis management and litigation support. For the last 17 years he has worked with leadership of large-scale human service organizations, both domestic and global, to develop, implement, and monitor abuse prevention policies and training programs. He supervises Praesidium’s team of account managers and has personally trained thousands of direct care workers, supervisors, administrators, and board of directors in preventing the sexual abuse of children and vulnerable adults. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington, Aaron has conducted extensive research in the etiology, scope, and prevention of abuse in organizations.
Scott Konrad, Senior Vice President & Not-for-Profit Practice Leader, HUB International Northeast
