The Total Rewards policy implements an equitable approach for Humentum employees across the globe, while respecting local laws, regulations, and customs in regard to salary and benefits. This approach includes the salary and pay policy, designed to be competitive with comparable organizations of similar size and scope in order to attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees at all levels.
