Jacquiline Lidonde is the Executive Director of VoluCulture, an online platform that connects nonprofit organizations in Kenya with local and global virtual volunteers. They also offer strategic consulting to local nonprofits in areas of volunteer and donor management, marketing, and communications through VoluCulture Solutions.

Rose Maruru is the co-founder and CEO of EPIC Africa, a Senegal-based nonprofit startup working to increase development impact by filling critical data and capacity gaps in the African philanthropic market. Rose has more than 25 years experience in programming, partnership development, fundraising, and capacity building. She has worked as a consultant for Oxfam International and the African Development Bank, and operations director at Trust Africa.

Tom Winslow is an Associate Consultant for Humentum based in Johannesburg, South Africa. His consultancy specializes in resource mobilisation for the non-profit sector. Tom previously worked for Oxfam, Save the Children, and Action Aid and serves on the boards of civil society organizations in South Africa and Armenia.

Fahreen Chudasama is an Associate Consultant for Humentum based in Nairobi, Kenya. She has worked in program funding and partnerships in East Africa for more than 15 years.

Presenters: Nazir Kurfi, Robert Poccia and Diana Isiye
Nazir Kurfi is based in Nigeria and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Grant and Financial Management. He held senior management positions at a number of international development projects; and now works as an independent financial management consultant/trainer for Humentum.

Robert Poccia has spent most of his development career in Africa supporting a wide variety of health initiatives. He has led award start-up, project operations, financial management, sub-recipient capacity building, audit preparation and close-out. Mr. Poccia has worked in 20 countries across the continent, having lived in Malawi, Mozambique and now, Senegal.

Diana is based in Kenya and is an experienced consultant with over 14 years of diverse professional skills comprising fraud and corruption risk management, investigations, training, auditing, risk advisory and compliance monitoring in a variety of industries.  She has gained global expertise from conducting assignments in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom.
