Financial Management for Program Staff

Financial Management for Program Staff

This workshop is available as an In-Person English workshop (In-house only).

This highly participatory workshop aims to build the confidence and skills of program staff to use financial management tools and to implement project activities in a cost effective, controlled, and accountable way.

Our expert facilitators will guide you through the workshop, sharing tools and techniques and getting you to put the learning into practice with relevant activities. You’ll work with peers to discuss answers to questions such as "Who does what in financial management?", "Which reports do we need in program management?", and "How can we integrate financial management into programs?"

The learning will be consolidated at the end of the workshop, and you can return to your organization armed with useful tools, tips and templates ready to use in your own work.
