Caitlin Holland joined Humentum (then InsideNGO) in January 2016 as marketing manager. In this role, she created and implemented multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns for Humentum's events, programs, and initiatives to increase member engagement and further establish Humentum as a leading voice in the field of international development. In June 2018, Caitlin took on a new role as content & storytelling lead, making sure that the inspiring stories from Humentum's community were being collected and told in a way that supports and engages the network, with a special focus on the members and clients served. Caitlin previously worked at Americans for the Arts as their communications & content manager, where she was responsible for identifying, creating, and distributing valuable messaging and stories via a 350,000-subscriber blog, a full online newsroom, and social media. Before Americans for the Arts, Caitlin worked for Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia in communications, development, and CRM data administration/integration capacities. Caitlin graduated with a B.A. in mass communications from Loyola University New Orleans. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, she worked as an English teacher and photographer in both the U.S. and abroad in Mexico and Costa Rica.

Favorite place is tough to answer, but Boruca, Costa Rica, is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been, closely followed by the coast of Cape Town, South Africa, and the Cianti region of Tuscany, Italy. I’d really love to go to Argentina/Chile next. (I hate traveling.)
