Robby Vanrijkel has more than 10 years of progressive financial management and capacity building experience in NGO headquarters, supporting countries and local partners. He has worked on USAID, DFID, UNICEF, and private foundation projects implemented in South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Ivory Coast, Vietnam, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Haiti. Robby has a strong passion for delivering relevant financial management and grants and compliance training in a manner that is innovative and practical. For Humentum, Robby facilitates our online Planning for Financial Sustainability course. Robby holds an M.B.A. in finance and an M.S. in community and economic development from Southern New Hampshire University. He completed his undergraduate degree at Wits University in South Africa. Robby is also an adjunct professor at UNH (Carsey Institute), where he teaches a master’s program course called financial management for development organizations.
