Training Scholarships
Who is eligible to receive a Training Scholarship?
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
- An employee of a nationally-based, regional, or community-based nonprofit. For example, this can include NNGOs, NGOs, NPOs, and CBOs.
- Based in a low- or middle-income country. Not sure if your country qualifies? Check the DAC list here.
A scholarship awardee can attend up to three courses annually using this free program and an organization can send up to three people per course.
What does the program cover?
Humentum will cover 100% of the registration fee for the following financial management online courses:
- Assessing your NGO Partners’ Financial Health
- NGO Budget Monitoring Essentials
- NGO Budgeting Essentials
- Fighting Fraud in NGOs
- Financial Management for Development Professionals (Finance DPro)
- Planning for NGO Financial Sustainability
Additional Details
Only fully completed applications will be considered. We recommend applying at least four to six weeks before the scheduled course start date. You will get feedback on your application at least three to five working days after submission. Reviews are done on a rolling basis.
